Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have valid consent from a legal guardian.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Purchases

Prices are listed on the catalog page. Taxes may apply according to your location and will be shown at checkout.

• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed by our payment partners.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes.
• If a purchase includes a subscription, recurring charges will occur on the stated interval until you cancel.

Taxes

Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on your region. Any taxes, duties, or fees required by law will be calculated and displayed before you confirm payment.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Unless otherwise stated at purchase, digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
• If required by applicable law, you may be eligible for a refund within a statutory cooling-off period, provided you have not consumed the service.
• For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

Acceptable Use

• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
• No infringement of any intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• No uploading of malicious code, spam, or unauthorized automated access
• No use of the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including voice assets, scripts, training materials, and interfaces, is owned by ColdSpring Voice or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with these terms.

User Content

You retain rights to content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors). Your use of such services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse or assume liability for them.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, performance, or compliance. We strive to minimize disruptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColdSpring Voice and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ColdSpring Voice, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Compliance, Export, and Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in a region subject to comprehensive sanctions and that you are not a denied or restricted party. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the service except as authorized by applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or to protect the service or users. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
